On Tuesday December 2, 2009, Margaret A. Hazard of Rockville, MD. Beloved wife of the late Irwin Hazard. Loving mother of Richard H. Hazard and the late Michael Hazard. Sister of Harry Soghigian. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Nicole, Kristen and Ryan Hazard. Funeral services will be held on Saturday December 5, 2009 at Rapp Funeral & Cremation Services 933 Gist Ave. Silver Spring, MD. at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be private at Parklawn Memorial Cemetery.
