Obituary of Jacques Polak

JACQUES J. POLAK "Koos" (Age 95) Of Washington, DC, formerly of Rotterdam, Holland, quietly passed away on February 26, 2010. Beloved husband of Pop Polak; father of Joost and Willem Polak. Survived by his sister, Martha Ben Assa of Israel; five grandchildren, Adam, Stephanie, Matt, Christin and Mallory. Also survived by four great grandchildren. Private funeral service is planned for Monday, March 8, 2010. A memorial event is planned for April at the International Monetary Fund.
