Obituary of Eric Lee Bibby

Eric L. Bibby, 46, of Washington, D.C., died May 20, 2017 at his home. Eric was born on March 20, 1971, in Moline, Illinois, the son of Robert and Janice Bibby. He married Rouane Itani in July 1998. He graduated from Virginia Tech and University of Maryland, College Park. He was an information technology small business owner and formerly served in the National Guard. He was a strong supporter of animal welfare, and will be greatly missed by his beloved cat, Captain Jack. Survivors include his mother, Janice; sister, Susannah (James) Hannis; nephews Nathan and Aaron; and former wife, Rouane. Eric was preceded in death by his father, Robert.
