Obituary of Annabell L Ostrander

Annabell L. Ostrander of Rockville, MD passed away peacefully on Monday, February 11 at the age of 85 years. She was born in Covington, VA but lived most of her life in Maryland. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother. She lived her life helping others and honoring God. She was a blessing to all whose lives she touched. Annabell is survived by her daughter Jami Hessman Kelly and husband, Ron; daughter Jeanne L. Cooper and husband, Bob; Grandchildren: John F. Hessman III, Jordan P. Hessman, Patrick J. Hessman, Robert J. Cooper, Haley K. Cooper; Great Grandchildren: James Hessman, Ryan Hessman and John F. Hessman IV. The family will have a Celebration of Life to honor Annabell on: Saturday March 2, 2019 at 12:00pm Millian Memorial UMC 13016 Parkland Dr. Rockville, MD 20853
