I loved his smile, his constant caring and attentiveness to others, his kindness, his omnipresent desire to help, to be of service, to pitch in, in an way he could. When he attended my mindful movement classes, his awareness and understanding was striking. He would comment about the way he sensed his life force moving through his body, and how that was a spiritual experience. He touched me. I am grateful that I knew him and that I can carry parts of him in me, going forward.
