Aunt Mary, Ben, An, Gus, and Maurus,
You all and all of your families are in our prayers this weekend. I remember your Dad as the rock of our many trips to DC growing up. Taking us on the tours of DC in your station wagon, trips to McDonalds to feed the masses of kids staying at your house and all the fun we had. He was a wonderful man.

May the Lord's love comfort you in your time of sorrow.
I remember Mr. Dolcich fondly, as a strong and quiet presence in the barely-controlled chaos that was the Brookland Folk Dance group nearly fifty years ago. As a nine-year-old, I was excited to dance part of a polka with "An's dad" -- he was a very good dancer!
Perhaps it's not theologically sound, but I sometimes imagine heaven to be a big party where...
