One of the top teachers ever! She prepared us so well for college essays and she inspired me to be an avid reader. Imagine how many lives she touched. I will never forget her. Sandy Bassett Northwood class '64

Mrs. Bond was a memorable and influential teacher for me (Northwood class of 62). She gave detailed feedback on our papers and worked with us so we could become better writers, readers, and thinkers. Her dedication and enthusiasm led me to major in English as an undergrad and to teach high school and community college English. Eventually I became an English prof at a university. My condolences to her family and friends.

I maintained a friendship with Mrs. Bond through out all the years, since high school 'Class of '67.' I will dearly miss her!
My condolences to her family.

My condolences to Mrs. Bond's family and loved ones. She was a wonderful, as well as demanding, English teacher. She always asked for my best and I tried mightily to give it to her. She taught me so well that, when I went to college, I found her English 12 reading list had been much more demanding than my professor's. May her memory be blessed.

Mrs. Bond was a wonderful English teacher. I was lucky to have her for Honors English at Northwood High. She was a dedicated teacher who helped make Northwood a great school.
