Obituary of Maria Francisca Nagy

Maria Francisca Nagy went to be with the Lord on September 1, 2016. She is survived by her two children Steve Nagy of Baltimore, MD and Belina Nagy of Germantown, MD. She was the loving grandmother of three grandchildren - Michael Nagy, Joseph Nagy (wife Melissa), and Erin Nagy. As well as an adoring great grandmother to Camden Nagy. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mike J. Nagy and sister, Herminia Garcia. She was born in Xacatecas, Mexico on December 20, 1929. After coming to America, she married Mike J. Nagy on September 1, 1961. She attended beauty school then became a manicurist. Maria was a devout Catholic that attended church at The Shrine of St. Jude in Rockville, MD and Mother Seton Parish in Germantown, MD. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family. Her family will always remember her passion for cooking, her infectious laugh and smile, as well as her genuine interest in the lives of those she loved. A memorial service will be held for Maria on Friday, September 9, 2016 at 11:00 am at Mother Seton Parish in Germantown, MD. Rest in peace Mom, Grandma. We love you.
